A Delta jet departs Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport April 14, 2008. Hartsfield held its ranking as the world's busiest passenger airport in 2007, with 89.4 million passenger arrivals and departures, according to the Geneva-based Airports Council International. That's a 5.3 percent increase over 2006. It also led with the most flights, handling 994,346 in 2007.
