Oliver, a basset hound from New York dressed as the new sheriff in town, walks the runway as he competes in the Annual Times Square Dog Day Masquerade canine costume contest on Sunday Oct. 22, 2006. Oliver tied with another dog for the contest's title of Top Dog. The event was held to raise awareness for Animal Haven's Adopt-A-Pet program.
