Celebrity pastry chef Bill Yosses works on the world's largest candied apple, which is made of 10,000 apples and 800 pounds of Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, at New York's Bryant Park on Oct. 19, 2006. For every apple used to create the giant structure, Splenda is donating $1 to City Harvest.
