Celebrity pastry chef Bill Yosses works on the world's largest candied apple, which is made of 10,000 apples and 800 pounds of Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, at Bryant Park in New York on Oct. 19, 2006. For every apple used to create the giant structure, Splenda will donate $1 to City Harvest.
