Madonna visits with orphans in Malawi on Oct. 5, 2006. According to her publicist, Liz Rosenberg, "She is on a private visit to Malawi and is involved in the building of an orphanage/child care center as well as other initiatives to help the children of that country who have lost parents to AIDS." Madonna and husband Guy Ritchie are reportedly staying at the exclusive Kumbali Lodge, atree-covered ranch.
