Madonna is greeted by about 50 children as she arrived ina four-vehicle convoy to an orphanage in the African nation of Malawi, Oct. 5, 2006. Her trip is focused on highlighting the plight of AIDS orphans, which prompted speculation she was about to adopt a child herself.
