Singer-actress Jennifer Lopez is up and down in the fashion department and at the VMAs, it was her down side showing.
Said Evangelista: "I don't know what she's trying to do. But the patent leather boots didn't work. The dress could have worked with round-toe patent leather but with the boots and the Star Trek look around her head...."
