Items in a gift basket which will be given to presenters at the 58th Annual Emmy Awards were dispayed Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2006 in Los Angeles. The IRS is cracking down on the luxurious gift bags, normally given as tokens of appreciation, considering them taxable items.
