"The Cosby Show" tied for first place with 4 percent. The series about the Huxtable family of Brooklyn, N.Y., ran for eight seasons on NBC. Bill Cosby co-created the show and starred as obstetrician-gynecologist Cliff Huxtable. His wife, Clair, played by actress Phylicia Rashad, was a lawyer.
