Fonda sits in a cage where a swarm of about 2,000 wrens rip off her clothes in a scene from "Barbarella." Directed by Roger Vadim, "Barbarella" is a 1967 satire and commentary on politics, sex and society in the year 40,000 as told through the eyes of a beautiful Earth girl, Barbarella, traveling through space in her rocket ship.
