A wounded woman is helped after an explosion outside of the British Consulate in Istanbul, Turkey, Thursday, Nov. 20, 2003. Explosions hit the Turkish headquarters of the London-based HSBC bank and the British consulate, killing at least 25 people and wounding about 400, health officials said. The blasts came days after the city was hit by two synagogue bombings.
