U.S. Postal Service riders pedal during the fourth stage of the Tour de France cycling race, a 43-mile team time trial between Joinville and Saint-Dizier, eastern France, Wednesday, July 9, 2003. The Postal Service team won the stage, with its Colombian rider Victor Hugo Pena taking the overall lead. Spain's Once Eroski placed second; Team Bianchi came third.
