A sailboat is tossed by waves after it was disabled by a storm on Lake Pontchartrain in Mandeville, La., June 29, 2003. The occupants were rescued from the vessel by a St. Tammany Sheriff's Office boat. Police tried to keep people away for fear the boat would hit the sea wall.
