Bethenny Frankel, of the reality series "Real Housewives of New York City," is officially off the market. Frankel, 38, confirmed that boyfriend Jason Hoppy, 38, proposed on Oct. 8, 2009, after an 11-month courtship. According to People magazine, Hoppy presented Frankel with a diamiond ring with a six-and-a-half carat pear-shaped center stone flanked by two side stones, from jeweler Kristin Farrell.
