It's over between country singer and "Dancing with the Stars" pro Julianne Hough, 21, and her country singer boyfriend Chuck Wicks, 30, a source told People magazine on Nov. 10, 2009. "This was mutual. They needed some time apart," the source said. The two got to know one another while touring with Brad Paisley and were partnered together on the eighth season of "Dancing."
