(CBS) - Karen Courts was a loving grandmother and friend who loved spending time with her grandson and was active in her church. So how did she end up dead in her Sarasota home? Sarasota County Sheriff's investigators hope someone will come forward and tell them.

After being unable to reach her, Courts' family grew worried and on March 31 they asked authoirites to perform a welfare check. What deputies found shocked her family and friends.

(CBS/AP) WASHINGTON - The judge in Roger Clemens' perjury trial has declared a mistrial after twice scolding prosecutors for violating his orders not to reveal certain evidence to the jury

U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton said Clemens could not be assured a fair trial after prosecutors showed jurors evidence against his orders in the second day of testimony.
