That is what one Arkansas would-be robber may have been asked, as the Burger King worker he allegedly tried to holdup Monday grabbed the gun and fired it right back at him.

SYDNEY (CBS/AP) - When Spencer Tunick tried to photograph naked people in New York, he got arrested at least five times for his efforts. City officials even took him to the United States Supreme Court to stop him. But the artist got nothing but appreciation in Sydney this weekend when he assembled more than 5000 people in front of the city's opera house for a shoot.

STILLWATER, Okla. (CBS/ AP) Sean Sutton, a former Oklahoma State basketball coach, is accused of attempting to illegally obtain prescription painkillers from out of state and has been arrested.

Sutton was arrested Thursday night when he arrived to pick up a shipment of painkillers under another person's name, Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs spokesman Mark Woodward sais.

LOS ANGELES (CBS/AP) Actor Dennis Hopper's relationship with his estranged wife is so unhealthy, it might even kill him.

That's essentially what the doctor for the cancer-stricken actor said, in court filings Thursday surrounding the couple's contentious divorce. Victoria Hopper has now agreed to stay 10 feet away from Hopper and not to contact him directly, after the "Easy Rider" actor sought an emergency restraining order against her.

STOCKHOLM (CBS/AP) The former neo-Nazi leader Polish investigators suspect of being behind the theft of the "Arbeit Macht Frei" sign at Auschwitz was arrested Thursday.

34-year-old Anders Hogstrom was detained in Stockholm on a European arrest warrant, a Swedish prosecutor said.

The infamous sign, which means "Work Sets You Free" in German, was stolen in December from the site of the Nazis' former Auschwitz death camp in Poland.

He was 40 years old.
