Jodi Arias jury: We can't decide sentence

(CBS/AP) -- After launching deliberations Tuesday afternoon, a jury weighing whether or not Jodi Arias will be sentenced to death has announced they are unable to reach a unanimous decision.

After briefly entering the Arizona courtroom just before noon on Wednesday, a judge ordered them to continue deliberating.

(AP) ORLANDO, Fla. - The Chechen immigrant who was shot to death by authorities while being questioned in the Boston Marathon bombing investigation early Wednesday had lunged at an FBI agent with a knife, officials said.

Ibragim Todashev, a 27-year-old mixed martial arts fighter, was gunned down at his Orlando home during a meeting with the agent and two Massachusetts state troopers, authorities said.

FBI says agent kills Fla. man with alleged ties to Tsarnaev

(CBS/WKMG) ORLANDO (Updated 12:20 p.m.) --Authorities said that an FBI agent fatally shot a man from Chechnya with alleged ties to one of the Boston bombing suspects in an Orlando apartment early Wednesday, according to CBS affiliate WKMG.

The FBI said that the victim, Ibragim Todashev, became violent as officials questioned him about the Boston Marathon bombingsreports the station.
