/ Summit County Jail(CBS/WOIO/AP) AKRON, Ohio - Brian Scott Smith, the third and final defendant in an Ohio murder-for-hire case, has pleaded guilty in a 2009 stabbing death devised by the victim's daughter.
Smith, 24, the daughter's ex-boyfriend, pleaded guilty to aggravated murder Monday in Akron in the death of 58-year-old Kristie Marks, who was reportedly lured to an apartment complex by Smith and her daughter, Taylor Marie Marks, on October 24, 2009.
