Indiana Man Charged with Stalking Woman Using Facebook Page in Name of Woman He Raped

PITTSBURGH (CBS/WISH/AP) Travis Davis is facing stalking charges after he allegedly set up a Facebook account using the name of an ex-girlfriend he raped in Ohio to contact a more recent ex in Pennsylvania. He tried to force the woman he contacted to come back to him by threatening to distribute a secretly filmed sex tape.

The 23-year-old Indiana man was arrested Aug. 15 outside the second ex-girlfriend's home in Delmont, about 25 miles east of Pittsburgh, after someone called 911 to report a man sleeping in a suspicious vehicle outside, police said.

ORLANDO, Fla. (CBS/WKMG) Cindy Anthony, the maternal grandmother of Caylee Anthony whose 2008 disappearance and subsequent murder made national headlines, has stirred up a hornet's nest by offering to donate Caylee's clothes to charity.

Now the charity in question is denying any connection at all to the Anthony family.

Fifty-nine-year-old Judy Russo is accused of violating her probation by drinking, but she blames the gin-soaked raisins she used to treat her arthritis.

A Northampton County judge sentenced Russo this month to time behind bars after she failed a urine test.
