ATLANTA (CBS/AP) Shannon Sharpe is taking a leave of absence from his post as an analyst at CBS' NFL Today show in light of a sexual assault allegation.

The former NFL tight end for the Denver Broncos was slapped with a temporary restraining order by Michele Bundy, who claims Sharpe forced her to have sex with him, threatened her life, and stalked her, according to court documents obtained by Sports by Brooks.

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (CBS/WTEV/AP) Florida Gators wide receiver, Chris Rainey, was arrested overnight for allegedly sending a text message to his girlfriend threatening to kill her.

Rainey, 22, was charged with aggravated stalking, a 3rd degree felony, and was released from the Alachua County Jail on his own recognizance Tuesday.

PARIS (CBS/AP) The area under Paris' Eiffel Tower has been opened up to tourists again after an anonymous caller phoned in a bomb threat and police combed through the landmark looking for suspicious objects.

France's BFM television and other French media reported that police found nothing suspicious at the tower, which is France's most popular tourist monument. Paris police headquarters did not immediately respond to calls seeking information.
