LOS ANGELES (CBS/AP) The wife of Grammy award-winning rapper T.I. has been charged with one count of misdemeanor drug possession stemming from an arrest that occurred two months ago in Los Angeles.
Tameka "Tiny" Cottle was arrested Sept. 1 along with her husband, T.I., born Clifford Harris Jr., during a traffic stop on the Sunset Strip. Prosecutors charged Cottle with possession of ecstasy on Oct. 29 and she was scheduled to appear in court for an arraignment Monday in Beverly Hills.Continue »

(CBS/WKMG) The price tag on the capital murder defense of Casey Anthony, the Florida mother accused of murdering her 2-year-old daughter Caylee, has started to get out of hand according to a Florida Circuit Court judge, and he's setting some new guidelines about what the state is responsible for paying.
