ATLANTA (CBS/AP) Chloe Ware, an 18-year-old woman, has been charged with breaking into the Atlanta home of filmmaker Tyler Perry.
Police said Perry's bodyguard caught Ware early Thursday morning. Two other people escaped.
Arrest Made in Harlem Suitcase Body Murder

NEW YORK (CBS/WCBS) The NYPD announced late Monday night it had arrested a man for the murder of a woman whose body was found in a suitcase in the East Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan.
Investigators said a surveillance video captures the suspect, 55-year-old Hassan Malik, wheeling the suitcase in near the famed Italian restaurant Rao's, reports CBS affiliate WCBS.

SOUTH JORDAN, Utah (CBS/AP) Police shot and killed a man after he refused to drop his shotgun and headed toward a group of people on a Christmas Day stroll outside a Utah Mormon Temple, authorities said.
The man had been in an altercation Saturday afternoon in the parking lot outside the Oquirrh Mountain Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, South Jordan police Lt. Dan Starks said.

The woman was identified as Adrienne N. Martin, of St. Charles, Missouri.

Bill Richardson is considering a pardon for Billy the Kid, saying Wallace never offered a pardon, and a petition seeking one is tainted because it comes from a lawyer with ties to Richardson.
