Matthew Knowles Scandal: Beyonce Daddy is Baby Daddy to "Scrubs" Guest Alexsandra Wright, Says Suit

NEW YORK Beyonce Knowles' daddy, Matthew Knowles, is a baby daddy to television actress Alexsandra Wright, according to a paternity lawsuit reported by celebrity site TMZ.com.
TMZ reported that Wright filed the suit in Los Angeles Superior Court against Matthew Knowles, 58, who is married to Tina Knowles.

MEMPHIS (WREG) When Heather Fox was shot in a carjacking in 2007, Ashley Sanders tried her best to help the stranger who was bleeding to death. Fox paid the kind act forward Thursday, Oct. 1, when she watched Saunders receive her diploma from the Tennessee Technology Center.
Fox looked up at Sanders full of pride. The two hadn't met until two years ago, but they became fast friends after an event that changed both their lives.

Elizabeth Smart Testimony Transcript: I Was Raped "Three or Four" Times a Day

NEW YORK (CBS/AP) Elizabeth Smart was held at the mercy of a sex-crazed man and his jealous wife, and was raped many times a day, according to a transcript of her testimony in U.S. District Court in Salt Lake City published by the Salt Lake City Tribune
Smart, now 21, was kidnapped at knife-point when she was 14 in 2003, and held captive in the Salt Lake City, UT., mountains and San Diego for nine months.
Her alleged captor was Brian David Mitchell.

Elizabeth Smart Testifies For First Time, Claims Repeated Rape

SALT LAKE CITY (CBS/AP) Elizabeth Smart says she was raped repeatedly by her alleged kidnapper, Brian David Mitchell, during the nine months she was held captive as a teenager.
Smart, 21, testified Thursday about the case for the first time, claiming she was told she would be killed if she yelled or tried to escape. She described alleged abductor Brian David Mitchell as "evil, wicked, manipulative, stinky, slimy, selfish, not spiritual, not religious, not close to God."

"Spiritual America" Brooke Shields Naked Photo Removed From Tate: Child Porno or Art?

NEW YORK (CBS) A nude photo of 10-year-old Brooke Shields has been removed from a Tate Modern exhibit in London after police looked into it as possible child pornography.
Richard Prince's picture of the actress, titled "Spiritual America," was part of a show called "Pop Life: Art In A Material World" at the modern art museum. In the image, Shields is shown from the knees up, oiled, naked and wearing makeup. Her eyes stare directly at the viewer.

Baby-Faced Teen Morgan Leppert Gets Life for Love Sick Murder

PALATKA, Fla. (CBS/AP) She looks like an angel … the angel of death that is.
Sixteen-year-old Morgan Leppert wept as she was sentenced Tuesday to a mandatory life prison term for the slaying of a 66-year-old handless man last year so she could run away with her boyfriend. Their plan was to steal James Thomas Stewart's truck and drive off into the sunset, but prosecutors say robbery turned to murder.
