Jeremy Aikman and Porn Star Wife Janine Lindemulder Battle Sandra Bullock for Custody of Kids

NEW YORK (CBS/AP) Sandra Bullock has some concerns not only over her husband's porn star ex-wife Janine Lindemulder, but of Lindemulder's new lover, ex-con Jeremy Aikman.

According to ABC News, court records show Aikman has a record of "several convictions involving alcohol, guns and manufacture of narcotics."

Bullock and husband Jesse James are fighting Lindemulder in court for custody of James' and Lindemulder's five-year-old girl.

James has had sole guardianship of the child since Lindemulder, an adult film star and director, was jailed for tax evasion.

Federal prosecutors on August 22, 2008 said Lindemulder, 39, of Huntington Beach, Calif., failed to pay more than $200,000 in taxes owed to the Internal Revenue Service.

She served six months behind bars and was recently released.

Now she wants her daughter back and went on Good Morning America Tuesday to make her case. "What would give her the right to take away my daughter?" Lindemulder asked. "I am the best mother I can be."

But Lindemulder also admitted, "I absolutely have made horrific choices in the past."

According to court papers filed by James, those choices include "allowing the child around pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons and other unsafe environments."

I remember hearing about Janine's arrest a while back for assaulting Jesse James & she was on a show with him where she was throwing things and acting strange. In my opinion not paying taxes is not a reason to lose custody, but a violent past & allowing a criminal around your child is different. Sandra Bullock should not even be mentioned. It should be about the welfare of the child not their step mother's fame or $. Janine said she made bad choices, well she could fix that by not dating ex con's.

Just in case you live in a crystal house, and have no idea what this world really is about,you need to grow up a tad bit more,before You start casting stones!!!

Anyone that walks around our world with 3 legs, will never have enough blood flow to make it up to their brain! I admire Jesse and Sandra for standing up and keeping the fight going! For the childrens sake they are doing exactly what "they" believe, is in the best interest of the Child! That's what normal adult do....they put the childs mental and physical health above even themselves...That is LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some of you might be well served to get a lil help yourselves!! Ellen and stryker, I get the felling that you both have done U R share of whoring around in your lifetime! No compassion for the child at all!!

Lindemulder says, she's the best mother that she can be. Are you kidding? Please...let Jesse have full custody. Then you would be the best mother.

Lindemulder and her new guy are just looking for money from Bullock. They do not want the child, (she would just be in the way, and people would be watching to catch them doing something wrong (so they could sell the story)

Jeremy Aikman and Porn Star Wife Janine Lindemulder Battle Sandra Bullock for Custody of Kids....I'm a little confused. Aren't the porn star and Jesse James battle ling for custody? Isn't Sandra Bullock only guilty by association? Jesse James already has custody but I guess Sandra Bullock's name get more attention. If the court felt it was necessary to give Jesse James sole custody I don't see where the porn star has much of a legal fight. Guess that is why she is using Sandra Bullock?s name to get her noticed and sympathy. For the record I don't feel sorry for you and think the kid should stay with her father; who just happens to be married to Sandra Bullock.

Janine is entitled to a modest child support payment and part time with the child. Morality is not a relevant issue. Sunny should know both parents.

Entitled to child support?? For what? She is not the legal guardian and does not have custody of the child. Any judge with good sense would only allow supervised visits.

Morality IS a relevant issue. It may not be the only issue but it is definitely relevant. Sunny should have as little contact with her mother as possible. She didn't take care of Sunny when she had her. She was a porn star. Apparently her husband has a criminal record and the large number of tattoos all over her arms and back make me wonder if she has other issues as well. The child belongs with her father and stepmother if she is to have any chance at a normal life. Janine needs stop thinking about herself, start thinking about what's best for Sunny, and Janine needs to let go.

Sandra Bullock should be very worried about involving herself with a man who has had very questionable judgement in the past. Bad judgement never goes away, it just rears it's ugly head when you least expect it.

I think the child's long term safety both physical and emotional well being should be the deciding factor. What parent doesn't want the best for their child. I say bravo! to Sandra Bullock and hubby.

Janine Lindemulder is worried about what kind of woman is raising her daughter?? Lindemulder's boyfriend is an ex-con that has tatoos all over his body including his head. She should be worried about growing up herself and surrounding herself with people that would be good for her. Oh wait what am I talking about? She's a porn star. The ideal parent for a child.
