BOSTON (CBS/AP) Adam Jasinski, winner of the CBS reality TV show "Big Brother 9," has been formally indicted in federal court for illegal possession of oxycodone pills with intent to distribute.

The 31-year-old from Delray Beach, Fla. was charged Wednesday with attempting to sell 2,000 oxycodone pills, a prescription narcotic that can produce a heroin-like high if crushed and then swallowed, snorted or injected.

If convicted, Jasinski faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.

On Friday, a magistrate judge ordered him held without bail after a federal agent testified Jasinski told him he had been selling thousands of oxycodone pills every month in Florida, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

The agent alleges that Jasinski told him he had used the $500,000 he won on "Big Brother 9" in 2008 to buy the pills.

Jasinski was arrested Oct. 17.

Too bad he did not have Rush "connections" the mandatory sentencing of 30 years for the "weight" could have changed to no jail time at all -in the US system anything can be "fixed"...
