McCain Ad Accuses Obama Of “Blind Ambition”

A new TV ad out this morning from John McCain’s campaign raises Barack Obama’s past association with Weather Underground member William Ayres in an argument about Obama’s ambition and judgment. The ad will run nationally, according to the campaign.

“Obama's blind ambition,” the ad begins. “When convenient, he worked with terrorist Bill Ayers. When discovered, he lied. Obama. Blind ambition. Bad judgment. Congressional liberals fought for risky sub-prime loans. Congressional liberals fought against more regulation. Then, the housing market collapsed costing you billions. In crisis, we need leadership, not bad judgment.” Watch it:

Out of a small Acorn, a mighty oak grew. Can the Bushevik Party spell scapegoat?

The voting irregularities were report BY Acorn, not ABOUT Acorn. The people who want to disenfranchise voters are the ones violating the law. If there are fraudulent voter applications, do not allow those voters to vote. But, you cannot void legitimate registration and throw out all the new voters. The attack on the voting rights of the poor have been occuring since Reconstruction. We are seeing a continuation of voter intimidation throughout the country. It is fascinating that the voter fraud appears to occur only where the Republicans are currently in power. Perhaps these leaders can see the oncoming electoral Tsunami and are deserately grasping at any method of steming the inevitable tide. The Republican Party has decimated the fabric of the American society with their GREED & CORRUPTION and are now going to be turned out. Their policies are so corrupted, that their candidates are running against their own party. The want to be maveriks, not REPUBLICANS!

I am in total agreement with waterman24. Why are we not getting more infomation from the news on the ACORN info and the fact that Obama was on the board of the CMC with Bill Ayers? Why isn''t CBS making a big deal out of that??? Come on CBS lets report the facts on both sides!!!! Help the american people decide according to the facts!!!! Everyone in Arkansas knows Bill Clinton is not going to vote for Obama. Yes, yes, they are out telling people they are going to vote for him but when it comes down to it and they are in that voting booth alone, I can guarantee you it won''t be a vote for Obama. Bill Clinton doesn''t even have anything good to say about him. He does say McCain is a good man with good ideas but will only say.."vote for Obama, to support your party".
That is pretty bad!!!
Wake up America!!!!! This guy is not a patriot, has participated in anti-american groups and had even downed America in the last few years!!!! You actually want this guy as president ????

His condoning of the Negative ads is onloy causing republicans like myself to turn around and go the opposite direction away from him. Palin and the comando Mud slinging and not this Ethics Violation she should gloriously resign as VP and at least allow McCain a chance at the Presidency.

McCain is stuck with her to the Bitter end and it will be Bitter and it will end soon for Both McCain and the republican party as well for some time to come.

What a Huge show of poor judgement on His part and I certainly can not vote for him because of this and I am a republican and sick of it all.

I vote my conscious and not party lines and My Conscious wont allow me to vote for a Man who has such poor judgement for choosing Palin and continuing to allow the Mud slinging as he has done regardless of his little effort today to correct one of his own supporters about Obama when she called him Muslim he was boo00d by the croud for standing up for him this has been a crazy season and the republicans will pay the ultimate price for this for sure

How''s S.Palin being proved as a person who committed a crime for "Blind Ambition". That''s right! Sarah Palin has been found GUILTY of abusing her power as Govenor of Alaska!! Let''s all show some kind of dignity, integrity, and honor as regular Joe/Jill American and call for her immediate removal from a priviledge/responsible role as Vice-Presidency of these great/law abiding UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. CRIMINAL!!!!!!!!

Obama''a ''Blind Ambition''? This coming from a man whose campaign party decided to use a GOP governor''s dartboard to select their VP candidate. Unfortunaley for all Americans that dart landed in the outermost ring on Sarah Palin. Give me a break McCain.

John McCain will make up anything at this point to distract the American public from his lack of substance on the issues. He can keep trying to make a story where there is none but you can bet if the spotlight were turned on his associations, it would be a different story entirely. No one wants to go down that rabbit hole and Obama has managed to stay above the sludge that McCain can''t crawl out of!

And his morally hazardous mortgage bailout plan.

And his fake deregulation of health care that will eventually nationalize health care (after the bailout) for a minimum of twice the cost of a direct approach.
