The Color Of Money
Libertarian-minded GOP candidate Ron Paul's campaign says it won't return a $500 donation given his campaign by a self-declared white supremacist. Florida resident Don Black, who runs a Web site called "Stormfront," recently made the donation, according to the Associated Press. The Web site's motto is, "White Pride World Wide." Paul spokesman Jesse Benton told the AP, "Dr. Paul stands for freedom, peace, prosperity and inalienable rights. If someone with small ideologies happens to contribute money to Ron, thinking he can influence Ron in any way, he's wasted his money. Ron is going to take the money and try to spread the message of freedom. And that's $500 less that this guy has to do whatever it is that he does."
Is Don Black not a legal US citizen? You folks who try to smear are detestable.
I''m happy that this guy now has $500 less to spend on his racist website. I''m Jewish, and I definitely feel comfortable voting for Ron Paul. I know that there are many Hispanic names that show up on Ron Paul''s donor list, because I''ve seen them. I''ve also seen many Asian names. I also know that there is a group called "African Americans for Ron Paul." We all know that Ron Paul is completely against the views of white supremacists. It''s interesting that the media can''t find anything to say against Ron Paul, so they have to use such a lame argument. Ron Paul has my vote, and I''ll keep telling 2 friends, and so on, and so on, and so on...and there''s our revolution!
Maybe this Black character will come to see the light - it took a while but George Wallace did.
