- Wow, took your test....only missed about 3....
When I was young I was often teased for remembering people about 10/15 years later. People who I went to school with in kindergarten...or saw on the street or on a bus, I always seemed to remember them many years later. I did not know there was a research being done on this...I'd love to learn more about it. It explains so much now....not feeling so different anymore....wow.... - Reply to this comment
- I did very well. I was quicker in recognizing the faces I have seen often (oprah, clooney, letterman, jordan, jz). My sister and I have always had this fun ability to say 'doesn't amy look like lucy?' and our friends laugh or say oh yeah. Very interesting story 60 minutes!

- I knew I was a super-recognizer before I took the test. I just have to ask folks a few questions so that I can picture them in a different setting than where I am seeing them at the time and I can tell them how I know them. My sister and I aslo have played a game over the years with T.V. shows called "what has that actor/actress played in before"

- I'm convinced that I'm also a "super recognizer." Like Jennifer, I remember faces that I have previously seen, if only for a brief period of time & can re-call when & where I had seen the person. I did fairly well on the test - the ones I didn't get are people that I've never seen! :)

- I got all of them except the last two, Leslie as a child (I thought it was Diane Sawyer, and the gentleman who is the Anchor, who's show I never have seen.)
I have always had a strong ability to recognize people, years after seeing them or meeting them. I've always thought it was just part of having acute visual analytical skills. This piece showed me that it's not that at all. - Reply to this comment
- Wow.. all but one face. . about 1/3 I was actually faster than Jennifer. But then again, I didn't have someone talking to me while I was doing it either.

- I was faster than her on quite a few and even got a few she really struggled with. The only ones I could not recognize were people I have never seen before. The more times I had seen someone in the past the faster I was.
