I'm all for leaving the families completely out of the process if you want them unscathed. When politicians usually use their families in ads they are trying to portray their own family values and, yes, a lot of the time, superiority. If you claim superiority you better be able to back it up. Asking people to "look at my perfect family just don't look at them" is unrealistic. Bring them in completely or leave them out completely, but be aware of exactly what that means if you do either.

The families should be kept out of political activity, if they want to be "above the fray". When and if they get involved, then they are fair game.

Ok,. Wally,.. I'll call you out, when and who started this? I never heard of such slander till the mainstream media started lying about the Palin children. I guess Obama's girls are fair game because Griffin is a Hoe her self?

The girls are adults. Kathy Griffin is a comedian and sometimes in an attempt be amusing something comes out on the fly that does not come off as intended. Scott Brown started this by calling his adult daughters "available".

I agree, however, that the joke did not work and I didn't even chuckle. I am surprised Bravo just didn't edit that out since the show was taped months ago.

Bravo should not have edit anything. They have a free exercise of speech like anyone else. Don't use kids as media gambits, if they can't handle the intense scrutiny and innuendo.
