We here in Indiana know that it was foul play that killed our beloved fellow Hoosier Michael Jackson. But it was not the foul play of any individual. It was the foul play of that Sodom and Gonorrhea, that Babylon, that outhouse, that den of thieves known as Los Angeles. It corrupted the soul of our Native Son.

Zara, "Babylon" extends from coast to coast, don't think for a minute that Indiana is any less.
by gravyboat4000 July 10, 2009 10:21 AM EDT
We here in California don't like Los Angeles,(for the most part), but what you said is just stupid.

We also don't understand why ANYONE would stay in Indiana, if they didn't have to.

The same goes for city of Detroit, and the State of Kentucky.

What in the heck is a Hooser anyway?

An irrelevant matter only of importance to you, and we all know why.

It seems he is the only one who is quoted in the family. Therein will lie the failure of his intentions. He isn't even smart enough to keep his mouth shut.
In the end, this will be good for the grandkids. Maybe they will be fortunate enough to "choose" their own way, instead of being "shepherded" toward money. I hardly think they will need any.

The cause of his addiction was clear, suffering from lupus, and viiligo, yet still operating at a level of physical athleticism that would be impossible for less strong-willed people, indeed impossible for most healthy people, while having around him the money-hungry leeches who cared about nothing other than their piece of the lucrative pie, the pressure of being MJ is what caused the addiction to drugs. Michael was not a "stoner" as you seem all too willing to posit, but was addicted to painkillers.

As for the children, again you assume unproven and disproven allegations to be truth, I am not that willing to do so.

It is called libel and slander.

Why does everyone keep refering to these children as "his kids", I hope they only mean "legally". It's a wise, wise child that knows his own father!If the ethnicity were reversed, Sharpie and suck-up Jack would be at a press conference or pulpit screaming to have them raised by their own people!

My ex husband adopted my son & raised him from a year old & we had another child a few years later. I forget that he adopted my first child. He treats them equal. He loves them equal. You don't have to share blood to love a child & that child be your own. And thank God for that.
by gravyboat4000 July 10, 2009 10:27 AM EDT
"ethnicity"?

So, you think you know these children's blood relatives?

lmao

What a stupid POINTLESS post.
by Thalia-9 July 10, 2009 6:22 PM EDT
"his kids" and only 'legally?' seriously??? Please...so you're saying a stepfather/stapmother could not step in to the role as loving parent, create a bond and the relationship becomes father/child/mother/child?? you have a LOT to learn - his DAUGHTER is devastated...I think that clearly speaks for itself...

Actually not, for all of Joe Jackson's faults and obsessions, if it is determined that doctors helped cause Michael's death, it will indeed be foul play.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You have to examine why Michael got to the point of disfunctional behavior...not only as having a drug addiction, but to his unhealthy affinity for young boys....
To instantly categorize the message as false, simply because we don't like the messenger, is not too smart, but all too American.
Joe Jackson is correct..."Foul Play" did kill his son....Joe Jackson perpetrated foul play upon his son from the beginning of his career when he was a young boy!! Had he NOT been an abusive parent, perhaps Michael would not have had the need for the drugs that ultimately killed him......
michael jackson was a drug addict. period. he at one point in his life was a very talented performer. but in the past 20 years he's been portrayed in the press as a drug addicted freak and i'm not convinced that's too far from the truth. the idea that joe jackson is going to get ahold of those kids and beat them into the same talent he beat michael into should be terrifying to anyone who can do anything about it. joe says he's going to raise those kids "jackson". look at the jacksons. they're a mess. no foul play - no conspiracy - just the typical ending of a dysfunctional person raised in a dysfunctional family.
Sad, he should not have custody of those kids. All he sees is a another money tickey. They are your grandkids, not someone for you to expose to make money.
I agree totally with Papa Joe. His sons penchant for playing with little boys in a foul way most likely caught up with him and he intentionally overdosed to get rid of the shame.
very well said brianbwb - we do not know that MJ did indeed commit these crimes - he was acquitted, and there are a LOT of money hungry parents of the under privilaged Jackson tried to help - did he do it? I dunno...all I know is he was acquitted, it's between him and his God and we are not to judge...I will say however, that if he actually did not do it...it would be enough to drive anyone to some mental refuge, anxiety, based on 'public assumption' of guilt - ruined his career, life, and it's a shame - not a fan of the genre, but no doubt, the man had an excellent voice and could dance like no other.
Joe Jackson is a moron who should be kept away from those kids. "Foul play". If that wasn't so stupid it would be funny.
no it won't ... unless someone actually forced the pill down his throat.
he chose to do what he did ... and live his life the way he did ... albeit being rooted in his 'lost childhood'.
blaming others is a cop out.
when are people going to take responsibility for their own choices and actions ... and that which comes from those choices?
But, you seem willing to believe the stories of suffering from lupus, and viiligo without question. (To the best of my knowledge neither condition causes half your nose to fall off)
?Michael was not a stoner as you seem all too willing to posit, but was addicted to painkillers.?
Shades of Elvis! Neither was a stoner; they just enjoyed the feeling that taking the dugs gave them and used them to push themselves to operate at a level of physical athleticism that would be impossible for most healthy people. And it killed Presley and Jackson, just like it does to Joplin and Morrison. The only difference is that the former got their drugs with prescriptions and the latter did not.
