- show me a web address to a site that explicitly states that Angel Valley built that lodge...can you do that or not...?...
Address the waiver issue please...and tell me why that waiver is worth anything...
"But in one of the two premises liability lawsuits filed Oct. 30 in Coconino County (Ariz.) Superior Court, survivor Sidney Spencer goes further, alleging Ray and unnamed employees were negligent in denying participants, like the Plaintiff, from exiting the lodge when they became uncomfortable and instead intimidating them and cajoling them to not leave the sweat lodge despite the excessive heat and fumes."
Each participant was required to sign a waiver of liability in order to attend the Spiritual Warrior Event that states: "I am fully aware that I may suffer physical, emotional, financial and other injury during any of the activities."
However, Arizona law does not allow a waiver to protect against gross negligence.
This brings up the question: What makes a waiver invalid?
A waiver is typically invalid if there is gross negligence. Gross neglience is if an injury results because of intentional and reckless behavior. You are not barred from seeking and collecting damages under such circumstances even if your state recognizes waivers of liability."...taken from FindLaw - Reply to this comment

- The reason for the delay is that the judge in the case, Yavapai County Superior Court Judge Warren Darrow, has been assigned to another trial that overlaps with Ray's.
Darrow suggested that another judge take the case.
As of yesterday, however, the case still belonged to Darrow.
...no other reason, other than this has been given for the vacated trial date... - Reply to this comment

- What evidence, or " exhibit 'A'" did Angel Valley destroy?..The sweat lodge was photographed, measuered, forensic evidence was gathered, all manor of testing was done,...what are you trying to say?..Photos show the sweat lodge with yellow police tape surrounding it, I can think of no other crime scene where the police tape remained up for an indefinite period of time. The tarps and makeshift canvas coverings over the structure have been analyzed to check whether they contained any harmful materials that may have contributed to the deaths and illness. So, I ask again...what did Angel Valley wrongfully destroy?
