May GOD bless CBS for allowing REAL women's opinion this time instead of the "Hogwash" that we always hear concerning women's rights. My "right" to not have anymore children was "taken away" when I became impregnated by my husband who had a vasectomy TWELVE YEARS AGO. Did I have other plans for MY life?...SURE. Was it "inconvenient" to have another child at my age...and his at 54 years??? SURE But only GOD can give life...and what a life it must be that HE would consider ME lovely enough to give something so totally unwanted...yet wonderfully received! If GOD brings you to it...HE will get you through it!

If you don't want to carry a fetus, don't use your body to make one.

Just because it's your body doesn't give you the right to commit crimes against other people inside of it.

I believe that in cases of rape, we should attempt to extract the baby alive, and this (not making babies from bought-and-sold body parts) should be what is used to help infertile couples conceive (infertile meaning genuinely infertile, not just "well I'm fertile but I want to have a baby with my same-sex lover").

But if there's no rape, why you whining? Oh POOR YOU, you VICTIM, having to actually carry a fetus....actually having to live with the consequences of your OWN ACTIONS? NOT. You caused the trouble, it's nobody's fault but yours, and no, we're NOT going to pretend that this living human being is "just tissue" just so that you can kill it without having to feel the shame or the horror of what you've done.

It is a human baby, and good people do not kill babies.

I disagree with this statement: "An ad that uses sports to divide rather than to unite has no place in the biggest national sports event of the year, an event designed to bring Americans together." The ad is designed to inform, not divide. Football games are designed to entertain...and to make money.

Thank you, CBS, for being willing to accept this paid advertisement for life.

It seems to be okay for one side to say how they feel about things, but not the other side. Thank you, CBS, for allowing ALL sides to be heard. We need more men like Tim Tebow who are NOT AFRAID to say what their principles and morals are AND who live by them. He knows the answer to a happy, content life - the answer that a lot of people are searching for ... thank you CBS, Tim and Focus on the Family!!

I hope CBS does not respond to the pressure to censor the ad. This is a free speech issue that does not violate any particular policy of the network. Even though the group sponsoring the ad has views contrary to those in the pro-choice movement, the right of the Tebow's to tell their story is paramount. Censorship should not occur simply because some do not like the messenger.
Women should be allowed to have all the information regarding abortions not just one side. Then we can have INFORMED choice. This commercial relates to the Tebow's story however and the decision to air it should be affirmed.

Thanks to Tebow and CBS for sponsoring this. Nobody wants to stand for what's right anymore. All it takes is for some organization to get upset and everyone backs down. That's why our country has gone the way it has because nobody will stand for what's right anymore. The commercials show the "party" side of alcohol but don't show a vehicle full of teenagers wrapped around a tree or a wife that's been beaten because of a drunken man. If the media would show both sides, it would save a lot of grief for families. Abortion is murder! Thank you CBS for showing a commercial that will help our families and nation despite what the critics say. Thank you Tebow for standing for what's right.

All I can say is that as a woman and a Catholic, I applaud Tim Tebow. Not only do you stand up for the truth without being judgemental, you inspire conversations such as this. So many women (and men) are lied to about pro-choice it's literally tragic. Thank you for bringing light to the fact that pro-choice also means choosing life. I agree with the statement that no one should have to carry a fetus against their will. I counter that if that person truly understands that the "fetus" is a baby, as alive at 6 weeks as it would be once it was born, then their will would change. Pregnancy is temporary, death is forever.

Would it be different if it wasn't Tim Tebow? If it were just some woman with the same story, would it make a commercial? If it did make a commercial, would they acually run the ad or would it be refused for being a pro life ad? Fine, run the ad, I would like to see the advertisement then about how I was raped, got pregnant and aborted my child and am now working to change the lives of young women who have faced the same horrible ordeal. But then again, I'm not famous so I am sure it would be refused and labeled pro choice.
