- Its kind of sad how some people are literally taking up for this girl as if her behavior was totally acceptable whether the judge was right or not no adult deserves to be talked to like that or to be flipped off. Half of you on here taking up for her know damn well you wouldn't tolerate that kind of behavior from your own kids. So lay off the judge he was just trying to call this girl out on her defiance something her parents OBVIOUSLY failed to do as you can so plainly see.

- Many people are jailed with contempt of court - and she got called on it. Let's hope that she learned a lesson to respect the court.

- Judge, Your Honor Sir, with all due respect, you blew it!!! You should have stuck to your original sentence handed down and not have backed down. I'll bet you a dollar to a doughnut that you will see this snot nosed, disrespectful punk a$$ in your court again. Some people need to be made an example & this was the perfect one to do so. I hope I am wrong, I really do but her lack of concern for her own self (pill popping), you (making fun of your accent & position)& the taxpayers (who are paying you to do the right thing while they feed & house her)says different.

- What a jke from the Judge. Make your ruling and stand by it. If she killed someone then said, "Oh I'm soory, I was high on drugs and alcohol" would he let her go free. Young people have NO RESPECT for anyone, they all want to act big around their BFF's and there Peeps, and are only sorry when they get caught. So what a waiste for this Judge. I had High respect for him. Now he is just a Liberal and I'm sorry with tears gets you out of trouble.

- Her ass should have been jailed. These kids have no respect for anything. If I was the judge, she would be spending 30 days in jail.

- Judge was NOT abusing power. Abusing power would be if he abuses a waitress or waiter in a restaurant, or someone else and behaving like a pompous asshat while they are doing their jobs. No SHE was being obnoxious and abusive to THE PEOPLE (this judge represents US) and he was not going to stand for that...good on him!

- The judge had a real opportunity to change this girls life but in the end he did what a lot of these judges do. He fell for the tears and wiped it all away.
Not to mention the disrespect she showed and the crimes she committed, she also committed perjury when in the 1st video the judge asked if she had taken any drugs in the past 48 hours and she said no.
Then when shes apologetic and trying to get off she admits she was under the influence of narcotics when she first appeared.
This girl will be in trouble again. - Reply to this comment
- Nothing at least - community service at most.
I used to work with teens like that. When they are in a difficult situation and they cannot control the outcome they tend to do stuff like that. Judge should have been more understanding.
Further, she did nothing to interfere with what the Judge had to do. She just expressed herself.
