Every single one that participated or was even aware that it was going on.. should be lined up and made to face the parents of this CHILD!! Hang'em High, that's what I say. I don't even agree with "let the punishment fit the crime" I think the punishment should be worse than the crime. If someone is murdered, then the murderer should suffer before being killed, a rapist should be raped before being killed, and don't even get me started on Wall Street Bankers!

- sometimes you really think that "cruel and unusual punishment" would be only appropriate and acceptable and maybe the Puritans weren't so far wrong with public stocks, whippings, strippings, etc because putting such bastards into iron cages naked and tossing garbage at them would be far too kind a punishment... Even tarring and feathering might be too kind.
Nothing will ever right the wrong done to the girl or the family and she may spend years and years in therapy and overcoming trauma.

Rape should be considered as serious as murder.
The death penalty should be a national law if rape occurs.
They drugged her. Who sold them the alcohol? There to blame as well.

many years ago when kidnapping was in vogue, a law was passed that
