So if they're 17 years, 364 days old they're clueless but on the day of their 18th birthday they suddenly wise up? Wonder if the court realizes how idiotic that sounds....

The Supreme Court said murderers under 18 years old cannot be executed AND cannot be sentenced to life without parole. Their reason was that a murderer under 18 didn't know what they were doing so we cannot get rid of them or keep them in prison for the rest of their lives. I guess also that means the three dead people are not really dead. I hope the Supreme Court tells them. so they can go home.
