- The Supreme Court said murderers under 18 years old cannot be executed AND cannot be sentenced to life without parole. Their reason was that a murderer under 18 didn't know what they were doing so we cannot get rid of them or keep them in prison for the rest of their lives. I guess also that means the three dead people are not really dead. I hope the Supreme Court tells them. so they can go home.
