- I know lots of really good teens of all races, and NOT ONE wears gold teeth or their hat askance. Outlook always determines outcome...eventually.

- Take a good look at the picture of Trayvon Martin as it appears on this page.
I have yet to see in ANY media a picture of what Martin actually looked like on the day he was shot.
Martin's lawyers and parents do not want any of this information or postings on his social media page brought into view, because to do so would give the public a true picture of Martin.
I hate to say it, but I seriously doubt there is going to be justice served for either party - Reply to this comment
- I suppose Zimmerman's clever attorneys and his enabling fixer-father will uncover evidence that indicates that it is very possible that Trayvon Martin was indeed perhaps the one who wrote the dirty words on the blackboard in grade 5-B...
Which of course justifies George Zimmerman's self-conferred right and self-appointed duty to execute him...
Of the two people (one armed man...one unarmed boy) only one has a violent criminal record...or ANY police record at all...
He escaped punishment and was allowed to legally carry a firearm thanks to his fixer-father, who taught him that he would always turn out to be in the right...no matter how many laws he broke...
That kind of sense of entitlement in one so unstable, a bullying cop-wannabee...armed with a firearm...and the arrogant confrontational bravado that comes with it...
Meant that somebody would die sooner or later...but most likely sooner...as was the case here!
Zimmerman desperately needs to do some hard time...where he can reflect on his actions while trying to explain to the brothers in D-Block how he's not a racist killer at all...
Just an unlucky guy who was persecuted for trying to do his (self-appointed) job! - Reply to this comment
- Why is this even still national news? Do they really think most of us care about what happens in this case?

- One fact I do know about this case is that Trayvon Martin is dead and can not defend his actions and now to save George Zimmerman from a long prison sentence Trayvon Martin's life, sadly shortened, will be dragged through the mud. I have seen suspicious people in my neighborhood where we have a Neighborhood Watch. Do I have a gun? You bet...would I follow and use it? No way, I am to watch....NOT act! I let the police do their jobs. The house with suspicious people around it....MY OWN. I will only use my gun if someone tries to enter my home not because I felt they were up to no good. My condolences to Trayvon"s family and my condolences to George Zimmerman's family. Why? Because, his actions have made their lives a living hell.

- Looks like zimmbot has finally found a judge that he likes. The social media sites and school records mean nothing unless zimbot was using them as a reason to gun down an unarmed boy. Will Georges sordid past also be used as evidence?

- The judge can rule all she wants about the FaceBook records. It is meaningless since the defense is going to have to fight FB in California to get a shot at obtaining any PRIVATE posts on Trayvon Martin's page. If a page is private, only people allowed to view the private posts can read them. Not the public. O'mara has posts that are not authenticated, likely because they were obtained through the same hackers that have been hacking the pages of many of us vocal against his client. That would make the chain of command for obtaining those UN-verified posts illegally obtained and not admissible. Could possibly show illegal behavior on the part of the defense too. So please O'mara, share the chain of command for obtaining the UN-verified posts you currently have so we may learn the identities of our FB hackers to prosecute them as well!

- It seems like most posts are focused on personal opinion whether or not Mr. Zimmerman is guilty or innocent. Legally, Mr. Zimmerman has the right to the best defense possible. If the character of Mr. Martin is in question, then the defense should have the right to Mr. Martin's records. However, if character is called into question, then the character of Mr. Zimmerman should be brought into question by the prosecution. For example, Mr. Zimmerman did not do himself a favor by trying to hide resources given to him for his defense. For me personally, I am not sure character affects what happened that night. However, I do believe that what is good for the goose is also good for the gander.

- It doesn't matter if Trayvon Martin was an ax murderer. On this particular day of this incident, he was a young teenager walking home alone from a nearby store where he had made a legitimate purchase. He didn't know Zimmerman and Zimmerman didn't know him. Walking on a public sidewalk enroute to your residence is not a crime in any state in this country. Legitimate police officers aren't allowed to racial profile, yet that is exactly what this wanna be cop appeared to be doing. Martin merely walking down a city sidewalk would not have even given a legitimate police officer probable cause to stop him unless he was acting suspicious or that they had prior information that he had commited a crime. By Zimmerman's actions, it appears that he had established his own standards as to who could be in his neighborhood. If the released very sketchy police account of what occurred is true, Zimmerman by his own illegal actions initiated this incident which resulted in the death of Trayvon Martin.
