- "But why?" you ask, "why was George Zimmerman playing the busybody about 'suspicious' persons in the neighborhood? Why couldn't he just mind his own business and let the police take care of things?" Good question, Fitzwit. I'm glad you asked. Let's see, here: 260 units in the Twin Lakes complex (20% Black), and 402 calls to the police in the 13 month period prior to 2/26/12. 50 "suspicious persons" reports during the past year, along with 9 burglaries, 8 thefts and 1 shooting. Zimmerman called the police a total of 46 times since 2004--that's what, 7 years? 8?--and only 9 of these were to report someone, or something, "suspicious." Doesn't much sound like a Barney Fife, wannabe cop to me. No, it really sounds more like partisan malice.

- Sorry buddy, you lied to your judge. You don't get a re-do after doing something like that. I have no sympathy for his claim here.

- Cold, hard facts: 80 yards north from the Green residence to the spot where the struggle began, at the top of the walkway "T," as determined by Zimmerman's dropped keychain and flashlight, and 2 witnesses. These 2 points connected by the leg of the "T," extending south past the Green residence. This walkway is dark at night, illuminated only by the occasional rear patio light. 3.5 to 4 minutes between Zimmerman's report to the dispatcher that Martin had fled south, down the walkway, and the beginning of the struggle (TalkLeft, a blog by a former CNN legal analyst.) Problem: what was Martin doing 80 yards north of the Green residence, when he could have been there in 40 seconds? Trying to avoid leading Zimmerman to his home, perhaps? No, that walkway is too dark for Zimmerman to have observed him. So how about Dee Dee's account of a "chase," from one end of the complex to the other? She has acute credibility "issues," not least of which is her failure to report, for 3 weeks, that her friend had been murdered. Daryl Parks, attorney for the Martin Family, did not mention her, in recounting to Hannity the other night how events unfolded that night. I think it may reasonably be inferred that Crump has decided against relying on her. I would expect the prosecution to follow suit. Should she "fold" under examination, it would be disastrous. So what are we left with, to prove up a "chase"? Incidentally, Zimmerman indicated to the dispatcher, as events were occurring, that he did not know the name of Twin Trees Lane, since it is a "cut through."

- No matter who the judge is, if GZ is found guilty there will be an appeal. What a mess! And all because someone wanted to be a big shot.

- Judge and prosecutor are of one mind in their views about the Zimmerman case. They both fear that an acquittal will cause anger and result in a racial explosion. The business community needs peaceful and orderly shoppers, which is why Zimmerman must be found guilty and sentenced to a long prison term.

- There is no reason for this judge to step down. He made a judgment based on the evidence presented to him. It isn't unusual for a judge to make a decision that the defense doesn't like -- that hardly grounds for removing a judge.
The fact that the defendant and his wife apparently tried to shield their financial situation from the court is the basis for the decision the judge made. Bottom line is, if you try to deceive the court, live with the consequences.
This isn't about whether Zimmerman is innocent or guilty -- the judge has NOT made any comments one way or the other about that. The defense is complaining about a procedural issue, and crying foul when their own actions were caught.
Face it, if this were any other case, Zimmerman would have been cooling his heels in the clink for the next year or so. The publicity in this case has actually HELPED him stay out of custody. - Reply to this comment
- Two Voice experts have concluded that the screams did not come from George Zimmerman. I'm sure we can bring in a third voice expert if the defense wants to. It is ironic how the zimbeciles continue to attempt to smear Trayvon name. Calling him a drug dealer is a bold-faced-lie. Perhaps, they should look at Zimmerman's character. Nobody needs to lie about that.

- Everyone in the world who keeps up with this case knew about Zimmerman's income from the donations even before the first bond hearing. You can tell that this judge does not even read about this case in the news to create that bias. At the first bond hearing, the judge acted on what was presented to him that day and he had no clue that Zimmerman had income coming from donations. Then after the hearing, the prosecution put this into the attention of the judge later. The judge was surprised that Zimmerman misled the court and ruled on what was presented to him in court based on the law. But Zimmerman took what the judge said PERSONALLY like a little boy who probably never received proper punishment/discipline/reprimand for his wrong-doings in the past. It is very hard to work with a very ENTITLED defendant because everything has to be NEGOTIATED with Zimmerman. EVERYTHING. This defendant thinks a person is SUSPICIOUS and UP TO NO GOOD if that person does not agree with his outlook. Then he tries to eradicate the suspicious and up to no good person. It is a pattern that shows up again and again - with Trayvon, the first two lawyers he hired and ignored, then now this judge. Who's next on the suspicious and up to no good list for Zimmerman? O'Mara?

- It doesn't matter even if TM was on drugs even at the time of the shooting. You don't shoot people for being on drugs or even of past crimes if they aren't doing anything harmful to anybody, especially when the dispatcher told Z that he shouldn't follow TM.

- Maybe one of the GZ supporters can answer this question... In the re-enactment video once GZ and the detectives stop on Twin Trees Lane and George says I got out of my car here, GZ starts up the sidewalk pointing to his left saying I could not get an accurate address because these are the backs of houses, however if he had turned to his right low and behold right there on the left hand edge of the driveway mounted on the front of the townhouse is an address and it is 1211 Twin Trees Lane. Now as GZ is the NW Captain I would expect him to be able to correctly identify his location to police and other NW members in case they need to get to his location quickly without having to walk approximately 200 feet to get to the other side of R.V.C. and an address that would put police in the wrong area.
