Someone asked me what I would do if my child committed this horrendous crime. I answered them the way that Jesus would, if you ask for forgiveness, it's done. This doesn't mean that you won't be punished, you may not even be able to live your life, but when you die, if you've asked for forgiveness, you are. It might be more hell living your life in jail knowing that you've lost your life, rather than being welcomed into Gods loving and safe arms. Does anyone know this guy? Would he have done this if he were sober? What has happened in his life to cause him to turn to drugs in order to run from reality? We cannot judge this guy, we aren't the ultimate judge. You'll never know how someone thinks until you walk in their shoes. I agree he needs the worst punishment that is necessary, but should he be allowed to die and be with God and be rid of his problems again, or should he live his life knowing this: I took a mom away from her daughters, I took 2 daughters from their parents, and sisters from families. Those children will never know their moms, and as a father himself, this will sink in. So when you say off with his head, think twice, he may be better off with all of the people in jail who will make his life on earth hell.

He needs to go to death row. Using drugs is no excuse to do what he did. Sickening!

This happened very close to me and it's very upsetting because I travel the very road that the girls truck and bodies were found. I drove that road Friday morning at around 7:15am and saw the white truck parked on the side of county line road. While I thought it was strange that someone parked there it's not super uncommon for farmers to park on the side of the road to inspect a piece of their property so it didn't upset or concern me too badly. I took notice of it for personal reasons as it was parked in the very spot where I happened to have a car accident 2 years prior. It was a meaningful spot for only that purpose as I remembered each time I drove by that foggy day I missed the stop sign on East Ridgely road and slammed into the ditch very hard. In fact the grass still hasn't grown completely back in. Now that memory will be replaced w/ this more horrific one. I know that I couldn't have helped those poor girls but it really upsets me to no end that he very well could have been disposing of their bodies the very moment I drove by that Friday the 13th of July. I feel so much for their families and especially those children that now have to grow up w/o their mothers.

He was on meth, so I think he should just be given probation. And he took good care of the baby by putting her in the room with her sister. He did not rape anyone, and cleaned up the blood before he left. He also admitted what he had done. OJ Simpson was not punished for murdering two people, and he was not on meth, did not clean up the blood, and denied everything. Fair is fair. Give this guy another chance.

Reading this story has me convinced that the Middle East has some things right. We need to be more willing to impose the death penalty, especially in cases like this. An eye for an eye, just like the Bible says. THey don't hesitate to enforce that over in the Middle East, but here, the criminals have more rights than any of us, law-abiding citizens. The victims didn't have a choice, neither should this p.o.s waste of space. And people wonder why there're so many sociopaths coming out; it's because they know that they'll be taken care of by the justice system!!! And for those of you who are so quick to judge us who are for the death penalty, let me ask one simple question: What would you want, if this happened to one of YOUR loved ones? Think about it and BE HONEST.

Don't even waste money on a trial..take him out to a garbage dump, put a bullet in his brain and leave his worthless body there.

Meth is Death.
They should make sales of it a capital crime.
But can we really blame the meth? Wouldn't this guy's obsession with raping and killing a girl he was infatuated with would of happened anyway? Who knows.
I'm amazed someone charged with two counts of first degree murder can get bail of any amount. It's people like this monster that keeps the pro death penalty debate alive.

Drugs and alcohol are Not an Excuse for any act of violence. This person needs to be done away with such as "you murdered these girls then you die".

Life in jail is not justice for such an outrageous crime. They need to put this sociopath down in an execution chamber.

Can someone just kill this guy in jail please? Is that so difficult to set up?
