If only that were true. Even in part. First Zimmerman didn't call 911 he called the non-emergency line. Second the so called "dispatch" never told him not to pursue Martin ... they told him they "didn't need him to follow". Third the defense claims Zimmerman DIDN'T FOLLOW MARTIN, but rather turned around and headed back to his truck when Martin jumped him.
The defense is going to win this thing because of all of the errors in the press and from the prosecution. Not to mention that meatball Crump. He is going to spoil it entirely for the prosecution ... they must cringe every time he steps up to make a comment. - Reply to this comment
- If you're truly on the side of equal justice for ALL AMERICANS you'll stop pretending you have ANY facts about this case beyond Trayvon Martin is dead and George Zimmerman killed him.
I'm not discounting "facts", I'm just smart enough to know the difference between someones uneducated interpertation of information and undisputable evidence.
I've seen no evidence to support Trayvon Martin was a thug, but I've seen no evidence that George Zimmerman was a vigilante racist murderer.

- Vilifying the victim when the evidence clearly indicates that your client is guilty of murder is not a new or original legal concept.
Percy Foreman, the famed Houston attorney who later represented James Earl Ray, used that tactic to spectacular advantage with Houston socialite Candy Mossler and her incestuous lover, her sister's son, Mel Powers, were accused of murdering her husband, millionaire Jacques Mossler.
The prosecution thought they had a slam dunk...a few dozen of Mel Powers' fingerprints and palm prints in the Florida condo where the murder took place...a residence Powers claimed to have never visited...blood traces on hthe clothing he was wearing that day...solid documented evidence that Powers had flown to Miami International that day, then flew back to Houston shortly after the killing. The couple's sexual affair was well known to servants and friends, and it was established that the cuckolded husband had finally learned of it and moved out, not wishing to obtain a costly and humiliating divorce.
Apparently, Jacques was not a very nice man...in fact he was a world-class scumbag who enjoyed having his bank dispossess homeowners!
Forman hammered at the rather irrelevant point of the victim's scumbaggery...and the jury, ignoring all evidence, acquitted them both.
Had the jury been poled on the question, I'm sure they would have voted to dig the murdered man up and subject him to a public flogging.
Emotional BS works...ask any lawyer....when the evidence is against you, just attack the the character of the person who was murdered.
George Zimmerman's murder case is NOT a slam dunk for the prosecution...but apparently, that's seen as no reason for sleazy shysters to cease being sleazy shysters.
If Zimmerman walks, he won't be the first murderer to do so...nor will he be the last...
You just gotta believe in karma...people like Zimmerman might escape punishment FOR their bad deeds...his entire life is one long litany of avoiding responsibility for his actions...but it is my belief that he can never evade cosmic reprisal brought about BY his bad deeds...

I pick and chose who I comment too.. basically when the FACTS we KNOW are being misquoted against TM and in the defense of GZ.. other than that... I let it go..
Fact is..
we KNOW GZ has police records sealed involving violence..and TM doesn't and not a thug.. there's NOTHING indicating as sorts..and this is the presumpted narrative that GZ can't use.. upon a DEAD teenager he shot.. but he and his defense is hoping the idea that TM was a thug is gonna STICK out of racial fear mongering(laughing)..
WE know to criminally profile upon appearance and race is RACIST..and from the 911 audio call..GZ did just that.. he made a presumption of sorts based upon APPEARANCE and his OWN fears and reacted as such.. stating TM was suspicious..for NO reason..this we know as a fact..
We know you can't confront someone upon provocation and use deadly force and state the castle law "stand your ground".. YOU DON'T STALK OR CONFRONT and insight provocation and used deadly force ..and state the REASON for use of deadly force is the castle law "STAND YOUR GROUND" ..
We know NONE of the witnesses statement at this point doesn't STATE who started the fight.. only what was seen AFTER the fight started..
We know the lead investigator the night of the shooting DIDN't believe GZ's sworn statements..to many answers given were inconsistance..(basically that means GZ changed his story when questioned)..
We know the injuries GZ subtained were not implied as deadly.. and he didn't go to the doctors until this incident started to look BAD for him.. basically not getting away with murder..
We know that GZ and his wife Shellie intentionally lied to defaud the COURT and JUDGE- pleading proverty at the first bond hearing..
We know that the Judge at the 2nd bond hearing.. ruled upon a 1 million dollar and which is consistant to the charged leveled against a 2nd degree murder.. and also the Judge stating that he didn't believe that GZ wouldn't flee or he and his wife made a mistake at the first bond hearing..because he lied about having the 2nd passport and shift money from one account to another personal account for days on end..which meant GZ and his wife was FULLY aware on a daily basis how much money was donated to the Zimmerman fund..(laughing)..
we know GZ is a liar and he and his wife were charged with perjury..lying to the court.. not SMART or showing intelligence at all or having RESPECT for the court..
We know the trial is going forth at this point because ..there's a mountian of STATE evidence against GZ to charge him with 2nd degree murder..otherwise the STATE could have chosen a lesser degree charge..
We know the police dispatcher TOLD GZ to NOT persue TM..and the PD was on their way.. in fact within five minutes of the call placed.. GZ STALKED and confronted TM..and within minutes an unarmed 17 year old MINOR heading HOME.. is dead..
We know that pics on the internet aren't TM as posted by the supporters/defense of GZ..including the FB page which indicates "nolimitnigga"
We know TM belong @ the gated community because TM step-other and younger brother lived there.. when others stated what was TM doing there in a gated community as if he didn't belong there.. and who is anyone to IMPLY TM didn't belong there? Based upon what? As we seen TM BELONG @ the gated community ..
WE know GZ called the Sanford PD dept prior to the shooting of TM countless of times unmerited.. and UNFOUNDED.. upon suspicious BLACK MALES ONLY.. THAT"S insanity..
We don't know black males were the ones committing break-ins @ the gated community..this is what GZ stated..I have yet to see or hear about these break-in reports and desciptions as applied...which would justify GZ claim..
we know the residents of the gated community weren't AWARE GZ was walking the gated community with a gun.. there was a concern because children often playing outside within the gated community..
the list is endless of what we KNOW as FACT NOT in favor of GZ's defense..other than the FACT GZ racially profiled TM upon the 911 audio taped.. his presumpted racial fear mongering is a FACT.. - Reply to this comment

Zim knocked Martin's cell phone out of his hand? Who told you that, silly boy?
Zimmerman didn't initiate any attack. He asked a simple question and received a punch in the face as an answer. Martin dropped his cell phone as he went into a violent rage.
At no point in the reenactment did I see anything that resembled Zim knocking a cell phone out of Martin's hand. You just made that up didn't you?

NO USA_is back DIDN'T MAKE THAT UP....AND IT GOES TO SHOW YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT..with regard to the facts of this case..
TM girlfriend was on the phone with TM when GZ stepped to him and she heard the aggressive tone when GZ spoke to TM after approaching TM..and how do we know that GZ approached TM?..because the phone was open..and phone hit the ground right at the time GZ asked TM the question.. I'm certain phone records can PROVE the girlfriend was on the phone TM up until seconds before the fight ensued..
..ans the girlfriend also stated she was on the hine before this happend and that TM stated to her someone was falling him and the girlfriend told him to run..in other words get back to the residence as soon as you can..
so we do know TM felt threaten because someone was stalking him ..because he said so to his girlfriend on the phone at the time when GZ was stalking him FOR NO REASON..

- Wow, the Reverend Sharpton would never, ever jump to a conclusion based on few facts. And if he ever thought he was wrong on anything, he'd be the first to admit it and offer his most sincere apology to the person he misjudged...I mean after all the good Reverend is a man of God, right?

- Neither independent attorneys, nor a former prosecutor could find any evidence of flight in the judge's 8-page report. Zimmerman already returned to authorities - twice before. Apparently the $1 million bond is just an obscene stab by the judge who probably never should have insisted on "any" bond to begin with, but he feels he can't back out after the fact. Meanwhile, Zimmerman has the $1 million bond and is assured a premier legal defense -- while the state's case all but withers on the vine.

- Thanks for the response arthanyel. Trying to follow this case factualy is very difficult. Swimming thru the political and racial rhetoric to get to a "truth" is becoming impossible.
My two cents, I don't believe race played a part in what transpired that night. On one hand you have a young man concerned about his community. Even if he was "profiling" based on the current crime situation in his neighborhood he knew that in the "profile" there did not exist physical violence. So approaching a stranger shouldn't have become violent.
On the other hand you have a kid that was being watched, not stalked, by a stranger. He was concerned enough to mention this to his friend, but not concerned enough to hang up and call the police.I've raised a couple of children, if you don"t believe that a good 17 year old guy can't be full of false bravado, you're wrong. And the fact that the leading cause of death for a 15-24 year old male, across racial lines in this country is homocide, bares that out.
Two people, very wrong place, very wrong time. This is enough of a tragedy, we don"t need to pile on
GZ allowed a lie to stand about his finances,Tracy Martin lied when he said he last spoke to his son at 8:30 pm, the media outlets lied when they showed us a photo of a 12 year old kid, the prosecutor lied when she said she would "impartialy" weigh the merits of this case while praying with the Martin family.
