"But Prosecutor Bernie de la Rionda disagreed, saying Zimmerman's wife lied to the court and the defendant just sat there and let it happen. "

...... so he was supposed to stand up and say "Excuse me for interrupting Your Honour but my wife just lied to you guys?". A husband CAN NOT be compelled to testify against their wife (and vice versa). It's called "Spousal privilege". Apparently Bernie got by with a C on the Bar exam.

Mr. O'Mara does not seem to be the brightest criminal defense attorneys in Florida. It is a poor strategy to try to convince a Judge at a Bond hearing that Zimmerman acted in self-defense. The whole idea of a Bond hearing is to determine whether the Defendant is a flight risk and whether setting a bail and in what amount will guarantee the Defendant's return to future Court proceedings. It is not a venue for pointing out the weakness of the State's case. That is something that is done at Trial NOT at a Bond hearing. Now all the State has to do is go back and re-assess their case to make sure that anything that the Defense pointed out at the Bond hearing does not effect their case at trial. Because after all, the testimony of the witnesses at the Bond hearing will certainly be used at Trial for all purposes. Any good lawyer would not have done what O'Mara did. A good lawyer would have WAITED until Trial to point out the weakness of the State's case. That way the State will not have an opportunity to correct any possible problems with their case. For example, a court can not grant a continuance to permit the prosecutor to correct problems with their case, i.e., find additional evidence and/or witnesses. Mr. O'Mara's strategy to put forth evidence at a non-ajudicatory proceeding was poor-judgment. And it will hurt the defense in the long run.

That's only because if that were the case there are probably numerous other crimes he was never caught for.

So...at last a truthful (if inadvertent) statement by the whacko with many names.

Whacko's latest posted insanity states that Trayvon Martin was legally executed by that upstanding stalwart of law, justice (and retribution) George Zimmerman.

He summarily shot the young man to death as righteous punishment for..."OTHER CRIMES HE (Martin) WAS NEVER CAUGHT FOR..."

I'm sure that twisted, perverted rationale makes perfect sense to an extremely emotionally challenged bigot like yourself, whacko...

But it is to be fervently hoped that you are currently institutionalized in Chicago...as you clearly represent a danger to yourself and others!

In the mean time it's cost Zimmerman his job his home at least $100,000 for bail and probably hundreds of thousands of dollars in defense lawyer costs.

Considering all the evidence we now know that the police certainly knew before all this started, long before it became public we have ruined a man who was simply defending himself.

In other words your et.al. curiosity has ruined his life, who will he go to, to get his life back?

YOUR boy zimmie NEVER HAD A job THE DAY HE MURDERED tm.. NEITHER DID HIS WIFE SHELLIE .. ITS A KNOWN fact THAT zimmie boy HAS A CHARACTER PROBLEM MANY HAVE COME FORTH STATING AS SUCH.. he being A MINORITY(THE DUMB AZZ) .. PICKED FIGHTS WITH other minorities and foreigners..this is a fact and why he was fired from several jobs..

ZIMMIE ruined his own LIFE and took the life of another for NO means whatsoever..especially if he started the provocation..NO ONE is allowed within a foot of me in a threatening motion..if so, that's evidence of provocation evidence..PPL need to know what is battery >as in assault and battery..

What a waste of tax payer money, Treyvon got what he deserved, nobody has the right to assault another person.

Besides, Treyvon would have ended up in jail at some point in his life........ costing the taxpayer.

I also blamed the parents; they should have done a better job raising their son. Now all they want to do is blame everybody else but the person at fault TREYVON.

Nothing short of an explosion can occur when a mentally unstable watchman and a self-described "nolimitsnigga' meet on a dark street. They are eternal opponents and have been responsible for millions of killings.

Retired

A 911 operator is not the police! They are a civilian operator and have no official capacity!

----- cut here -----

You see, this is what happens when you listen to Rush and Faux News instead of getting the facts.

Zimmerman called 911. The 911 operator (civilian) inquired on the reason for the call, and switched Zimmerman to the local police dispatcher (a police officer) just as ALWAYS HAPPENS when you call 911 and they can pass you to the correct authority. The dispatcher did not "order" Zimmerman not to follow Martin, he stated "You don't need to do that". The dispatcher did ask Zimmerman to meet the police that were n their way and asked for a location. In the context of the call, however, that Zimmerman continued to follow Martin after that rather than drive to the requested meeting location clearly indicates Zimmerman was not listening or responding to the lawful requests of an active police officer.

In some cases that would be enough to get you arrested by itself.

Don't spread propaganda, get the facts.

I think it should be pointed out that "NoLimitNigga", was Trayvon Martin's Twitter handle! I doubt it was meant to be racist. Martin invented this handle, therefore it can be fairly used when referring to him, in the right context. It says something about his person

Really?... these are the FACT with regard to your support of ZIMMIE BOY.. at this point..as I need to point out..

George Zimmerman didn't get arrested for this murder.. because according to court records George Zimmerman is the son of retired Supreme Court Magistrate Judge Robert J Zimmerman,(daddy dearest).. his mother Gladys Zimmerman is a court clerk....He has three closed arrests 7/18/05 for resisting arrest with violence and battery on a law enforcement officer div 8/9/05 for domestic violence div . And again on 8/10/05 domestic violence.

So what's in a tag name?.. doesn't say ANYTHING other than that.. you speak just as stupid as GZ..and that's why ZIMMIE BOY is where he is.. speaking stupid NONSENSE just like you and others..

BTW, in order for ZIMMIE BOY to get out of jail..not only does he have to come with a 100 thousand.. he also has to show collateral for the remainder 900 thousand.. as well as the terms of the 1 Million dollar bond compliances.

So you GZ supporters.. y'all better put up your houses.. (you DUMB BUTT BUNNIES).. so your boy-ZIMMIE can make the 900 thousand dollar collateral..to get out of jail..

the judge felt given the LIES coming from the zimmerman family that ZIMMIE BOY was a flight risk and NOT to be trusted..

..the million dollar bond is what the first bond amount should have been from the beginning..given the LEVEL of charges applied according to the
CRIME of 2nd degree of murder..

Even Zimmie Boy lawyer stated at the bond hearing his client's statements.. are noted as disparaging..

Get a clue.

It is futile for Zimm to defend himself against a system that demands his guilt. He must be crucified for the sake of racial harmony. In respect for the national interest Zimm must accept his fate.

as usual the Zimmerman family is crying poverty I don't feel sorry for any of them including George if he and his wife hadn't lied about their donation money they wouldn't be in this mess. for those who don't think they are guilty please take the time to read the transcripts of the calls. The judge now considers him a flight risk and acting accordingly with the new bond- well done Judge Lester!!!
