- Linda Burdick disproved the time frame Cindy testified to have seen that ladder back up on the pool...Cindy testified that she called George at work to ask him if he had been in the pool that june 17 day..Phone rec's for Cindy and George for the whole week of June 16th does not have any record of a call made by Cindy to George.
If it did occur it was NOT the week of Caylee's death! That was proven by Detective Melich's documentation of Cindy and George's records. - Reply to this comment
- This is the "real" evidence that proves she's innocent? Baez must think the public is as gullible and stupid as the jurors were!
A. Shorts at scene were ripped because they were too small? really...those shorts were very unique and the trial testimony by CINDY proved to me that ONLY CASEY had access and knew of the clothing found with Caylee's remanins.
Cindy who was very familiar with Caylee's wardrobe, since she purchased all her clothing, testified that she had NEVER seen the shirt with the words on it "Big trouble comes in small packages" and the shorts found with the remains up until the police showed her the photo of Caylee(wearing them) with Casey seating in Morales' couch with Casey holding a guitar! if Cindy did not even know about these clothing neither did George! Casey in her haste to wrap up a dead Caylee took whatever she had in her trunk, or garage and she grabbed that shirt & short that only she knew of and where it was!
B. Baez claims that Casey's phone records indicate she left her home area at 4:16 p.m. That does not prove anything and that is why it was not allowed in the arguments... George's work records show he was at work by 3:00 that fateful day , meaning he had to have left his home by 2:30...Casey the liar may have pretended to leave but came right back when she saw her Dad left...she was alone with Caylee for a long time before getting to Tony's WITHOUT Caylee...if Baez is bringing up phone records...let us not forget the 3 calls, Casey made to Tony, Amy and Jesse on that afternoon...she told them " My mom threw me out, and i need to move out" or "My parents are getting divorced and I need to move out"....That indicates that something happened or was going to happen to Caylee if she could NOT find a place to run to with Caylee...for whatever reason , she decided she had to move out of her home. Tony was the only one who she knew she could move in with...but WITHOUT Caylee...
Casey's trunk indeed had a decomposed body of Caylee in it. Jurors knew that...The 2 expert dogs who smelled it and alerted to her trunk and at least 5 witnesses who KNEW about that unique smell attested to it...Baez is full of garbage, the same garbage he tried to fool the jurors to believe was the odor...Caylee's 1 strand of decomp hair is more than enough evidence to tie Casey to Caylee's death and disposal of her body. - Reply to this comment
- I reluctantly read this because the article claimed there was "compelling" new evidence to show Casey Anthony really was innocent (as opposed to just "not guilty.") What I read instead, as I should have anticipated, was that Jose Baez had invented some "compelling" reasons why I should buy his new book. The two "biggies" this article mentions, a conflicting time log and a pair of shorts that "might" not have fitted, mainly compelled me to take a headache pill. Dante put crooked barraters like Baez in a lake of boiling pitch in The Inferno, with demons that fished them out and tore them apart whenever they surfaced.

- i wish baez, casey, the defense team, the jurors, would all just DIE. baez defense was CASEY IS A LIAR so you must aquit her for her baby being in a GARBAGE BAG because she is a liar and the 12 DUMBEST IDIOTS bought it.

- The one thing in this entire matter is has everyone forgotten how many dogs died with Casey around?
I think she used the same thing to knock them out as she used on her child to find out how strong it should be or not be and remember one of dogs who lived around Casey her mother found the dog very ill and couldn't figure out what was wrong with the dog.
The mother and father mentioned they had several dogs buried in their backyard and to me that seemed very weird.
I don't know about most of the people on this web-site but when I was a child we only had one (1) dog and one (1) cat all of our young life and they both died at a very old age the cat was fourteen (14) and the dog was thirteen (13).
It made my back crawl when I heard how many dogs died when she was growing up not only in Florida but the other state they lived in.
I think any thing or anybody that got in her way it had an "X" on their head and they weren't going to be around very long. - Reply to this comment

- The sad thing is there is annocent child dead and no one is responsible for this and the one person who is supposed to protect her walks free and that is so totally wrong I don't have the proper words at least not for this web-site.
Casey has to remember evil begets evil and she will never ever be free from the death of this innocent child.
