Hey Dinglebut, perhaps Trayvon launched an attack because Zimmerman brandished his gun. The 911 operator clearly told Zimmerman we do not need you following, who is now known as Trayvon Martin. It is 100% certain that Zimmerman acted inappropriately. He was the aggressor and instigator from start to finish. His story about being attacked from behind is also 100% BS. Zimmerman doesn,t know that there was an ear witness on a cell phone with Trayvon at the time of the confrontation. What she stated she heard does not corroborate Zimmerman's story.

I am so fed up with the ignorant, racist rants that are still prevalent in the 21st century and are also often disguised behind religious overtones. Truth be told: GET your facts straight before you spew disgusting remarks. First, the dispatcher told GZ NOT to engage TM, but he did anyway. TM had no idea that Zimmerman had a gun; he was just defending himself from a stranger. If GZ had waited for the police, that violent confrontation would have never happened, and Trayvon would be alive. And what is this 'NoLimitNigga' racist remark? Not all African Americans (or any other Americans for that matter) who wear hoodies and shop at a convenience store are thugs and worthless. Hasn't the world learned anything from history? Hitler thought he could create the 'perfect' race...blond hair, blue eyes, while he, himself, was an ugly man who couldn't live up to his own ideals. History is so full of discrimination and hatred. If you want to use religion, the believe this: DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD WANT THEM TO DO UNTO YOU. Have a good day.

We haven't seen one damn thing that suggests that Zim ever instigated a fight, nothing!

******************************************

And only the dubious, self-serving word of a proven perjurer with a documented history of violence that he did not...

Wow. It's very scary to me to think that the human life means absolutely nothing to some people anymore. To think that there are people who are completely OK with a man instigating a confrontation with, and later killing an unarmed teenager who came happened to cross his path, really bothers me. What's even worse is, they believe that he should get off without even being arrested. Trayvon's life means nothing at all to some people, while the killer's freedom means everything. And people wonder why this country has become so violent. It's because people are so willing to support it. I really wish I had known what the world was going to come to before I had my babies. I'm afraid for them.

Zimmerman's $150K initial bail was about right even if the judge knew about the money raised by Paypal. Given Zimmerman's debts and taxes due from the Paypal donations, that bail would have just about equaled his total net assets, possibly even exceeded it.

It really doesn't seem fair to force his retired parents to mortgage their home to bail out their 28 year old son.

Bail is supposed to be based on the defendant's assets, not his parents.

Zimmerman said Trayvon was pounding his head into the concrete side walk. If that's what happened, he should have knots on the back of his head. Just because Zimmerman was getting his but kicked from an altercation that he instigated, does not excuse his inappropriate actions. Zimmerman could have ended the scuffel with his mouth and not his gun. All he had to do was identify himself as a neighborhood watch volunteer.

Zimmerman LIED to Trayvon. Trayvon asked Zimmerman, "What's your problem?" and Zimmerman replied to Trayvn, "I don't have a problem." Zimmerman DID have a PROBLEM with Trayvon!!! Zimmerman profiled Trayvon and targeted Trayvon then Zimmerman called the police to report Trayvon as suspicious and up to no good. So, Zimmerman had a BIG problem with Trayvon that dark rainy night. Why did Zimmerman lie to his VICTIM? Why does Zimmerman LIE ALL THE TIME?????

Prosecution case is trayvon martin's dead body and zimmerman's acceptance of killing him. They don't need to prove anything. It is established that zimmerman killed trayvon.
The onus in this case is on defense to prove it was self defense. If they fail, conviction is the only result. If it's not self defense then it's either manslaughter or murder. Judge Lester knows that, he said the prosecution case is strong in the last bond hearing. He's not stupid.

OK...so Georgie wants another shot st being released on bail, after he;

Misled the court and held back $150k in donations from other racist morons...funds that he had transferred to his own accounts for his own personal use, and...

Illegally retained a valid passport by turning in a duplicate that was falsely reported as lost, while keeping the replacement...in willful, felonious disregard of the court's orders pertaining to his release.

NO FLIGHT RISK THERE...RIGHT?

If Zimmerman is released again, he may well try to run, now that his flimsy house of cards is about to collapse...and since the lawyers now have control over all of "his" money...money that he "earned" in his own eyes and in the eyes of his racist, hate-mongering supporters by shooting an unarmed kid to death...

And that attempted flight will surely trigger an hours-long manhunt leading to his swift and ignominious recapture, since poor George just ain't very bright...or very brave...

Let's see how much Zimmerman's reich-wing groupies will be willing to kick in to defend him from all these additional charges...

Does the KKK have an emergency fund?
