This is exactly why drugs must be legalized.
It is just way to easy to hijack this law to exact revenge on a neighbor or an ex partner.
Usually the planting of drugs is not necessary all you have to do is ring the police.
And usually its just the police who are exploiting the law but now you now you can do it too if you're smarter than these clowns or you live in a state where the cops just don't give a damn. There is no good reason for this law to exist.
It's time to legalize.

I hope they have fingerprints on the evidence or a witness that saw them do it, otherwise they are on a dead end court case. But as usual, you guys believe everything printed even if there is no evidence to prove it. I guess people have forgotten it is supposed to be innocent until PROVEN guilty. I am not speaking out for them, just saying WE DON'T KNOW.

The story should say former lawyers. They will be disbarred. Good luck with you new careers - losers. The law firm is circling the wagons. I hope the victim files a harassment lawsuit against both of them.

A local affiliate here in Los Angeles has said that these two selfish, myopic, college educated (although one would never know based on their actions) previously tried to sue this volunteer twice over the past two years. Each time their case was dismissed. Kent Easter is a shareholder in a mid sized law firm located in Neport Beach. What I find unusual is this firm has gone to great lengths to remove his bio from their website, however, he is still listed in their directory.
Both of these parents need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This would include conspiracy to obtain a false arrest, false imprisonment and falsely reporting a crime. I would like to add criminal possesion of narcotics to his charges.
These people tried to ruin a volunteer's life. Show them absolutely no mercy. Its a shame, if they are convicted of all their crimes they will only get three years each.

Those are some pretty dumb lawyers. Couldn't even get their story to jive in a timeline with the teacher's driving pattern.
