This is a perfect example of what happens when a woman tries to use a child as a bargaining chip. It looks like neither will have the respect of their child. The father because of what he did, the mother because of what she is.

Wow, the news would be boring if it weren't for Florida. Is it the Sun, the Orange Juice or the swamp gas that makes their news so interesting?

He should also be charged with endangerment of child who was left all by himself.

He drives Jaguar and she drives a Mercedez - does not sound like he needs taxpayer funded attorney.

He is listed as a "Truck Driver for God Coast Beverage" and status as 'engaged"

He need not worry about losing the job - he is about to get free lodging and boarding for a long time to come.

Kudos to judge for denying the bail.

It's Florida, so I'm sure he was just defending himself. Nothing to see here. Move along.

The fact that they had to set up child exchange meetings in a public place such as a 7-11 tells me that there was a history of violence in the past. People who intend to do another harm at all costs do not care or think to care of outcome. What idiot doesn't know that there are cameras all around a 7-11? He wanted to cause harm to his child's mother so badly he did not care if he was caught. With that kind of insanity, even if she moved to a different state he would have hunted her down.

This crime is not "alleged".

Who schedules a child pick-up at 7-11 at 3:00 in the morning?
