- Anyone who operates a tanning booth business, who is in their
right mind would say, "excuse me mam, we cannot allow you to
use our facility, because you appear to have skin damage".
How hard would that be. How much money could they lose. - Reply to this comment
- Looks like Aunt Jemima.

- Wow has anyone taken her aside to tell her she looks 20-30 yrs. older than she is? She looks awful... obviously is not thinking clearly about her own health or looks either.

- Why does she look so much darker and stranger in this video than in any of the pictures I have seen. The story is strange enough, you don't have to doctor the video CBS

- It seems that the mother is not playing with a full deck of cards?
My question is why is she going to a tanning booth in the first place, it seems she is dark enough.?? - Reply to this comment
- I know that this is not what the story is about but I sure wish a doctor would have been interviewed to tell us exactly what has already happened to the mother's skin and what is predicted for her future. I agree with others that the mom has a mental condition but what about the physical aspects? Maybe we should be worried about who will be raising that adorable little girl when her mother dies from skin cancer.

- I agree, it seems that there must be a condition which is related to munchausen sydrom, where parents will deliberately make their child sick to have to take them to the doctor, but in this case that her desire for the extreme tan she projected on to her daugher. that is what this situation is screaming as far as I can tell. Either that or she has such a compulsion to tan that the welfare of her daughter came second, either way she seems to have some obsessive compulsive issues

- She is a very sick lady and needs some help. On the other hand, extreme tanning, extreme tattooing, extreme piercing all seem to me to be a signal that the person has deep emotional issues.
