Here is a better idea: legalize prostitution, including 'underage' (a human made invention that goes against the fact that we are born with fully functional genitalia from birth) and teach children that NO ONE (not their parents, not their relatives, not 'society') has the right to tell them who they sleep with and who they do not, nor has the right to touch their genitalia or anywhere else on them without their permission.

Easy and simple solution to this 'problem' that is really non-existent and is more about other people looking at children/teenagers having sex and being 'disgusted' by that, much like some people looked at homosexuals and interracials having sex and were 'disgusted' by that.

Keep the ******** 'maturity' issue out of that, that is so damned viewpoint that it is almost totally worthless.

@Zabb-Zel....Again, "how was he to know she was underaged ??" And she was paid to perform a service. This makes her a prostitute. Why was she not charged with prostitution?
---------------
First of all - if you're gonna have sex with someone for God's sake, know them well enough to know how OLD they are first!
Second - SHE was NOT paid. The man who FORCED her in there took the money - so no, she's NOT a prostitute.

There is a big difference in Choosing to have sex for money and being FORCED to have sex for money!

I'm afraid this law isn't going to work like they thought.
As I see it, the child victims wont become adults.

I'm sorry, but Gloria Allread is the scum here. I swear if some woman didn't like the way some guy looked at her, Allread would want to go after him....and of course, it all about the $$$$$, nothing else. A VERY diss-liked person.

This is great news for all underage prostitutes (who look 25). They can make a lot more money calling lawyers on their clients than they can just by the trade.

LT didn't force her to have sex with him. The pimp allegedly did. And he's in jail for it. (I believed her before--now that she's suing LT, I don't trust her one bit.)

Why is she suing LT? Because LT has deep pockets, and the pimp doesn't.

Allred will walk away with money, the girl will walk away with money (that will go up her nose in a month), and our legal system gets that much more corrupt.

i suppose LT wasn't her 1st customer/client, is she suing the rest too. Some in society don't make any effort to improve their lives by working hard and hope lawsuits is the way out. This lawyer is exploiting this young girl just as she has done to many women. I suspect her cut is 33% yet she would want to settle the issue. She may have been 16 at the time of the rape, she was aware of 911, police stations etc. We charge 13 year old as adults since they know wrong from right. This is another case of not so Smart Elizabeth.

How is LT guilty after paying for the services rendered and how was he to know she was underaged ?? She got paid - the PIMP's in jail but somehow it's LT that needs to pay ?? Somehow it seems to escape the girl that LT is a victim too - how does he come back from having slept with a minor ?? Should he sue the prostitute too for lying to him and not divulging to him that she was under duress to fkk and needed help getting away from her pimp ?? Where's all that ??
