First of all society is sick. Being nude is our natural state of being. Clothing is artificial. The nude body is not bad and looking at it does not cause mental illness or harm to anyone. I am not saying w eshould go around flashing each other but that our culture is so sexualy repressed that our bodies are considered to be obscene. How chilidish and sick people are.

The Taliban and the ministry for propagation of virtue and suppression of vice are alive and well in America. The argument that we have turned into a police state has some merit.

We should all ask Virginia Attorney General Bob Sims to launch an investigation into the Fairfax County Police Department's handling of this case. They would do well to remember Micheal Nifong the prosecutor (Now in jail) who prosecuted the Duke University Lacrosse team.

It has now come out (and has been suspected) that the person filing the complaint against Eric Williamson is the wife of a police officer.

This woman was tresspassing and peeping and stopping to peep obviously! What was she doing cutting thru his lawn anyway? SHE should be arrested. If it had been reversed with her naked inside and a man reporting it he would be a "peeping tom." Definitely something wrong here. She is a whackjob!

Good morning all - Just curious, could any of the legal eagles or pschologists out there cite an example where someone has somehow been harmed by the sight of a naked man in his own home. Yeah maybe the man should have drawn his drapes or closed his blinds, but then again maybe the woman should have stayed off is property too. This whole episode seems rather innocuous.

If you're going to walk around naked, then make sure all of your blinds are shut. Otherwise, the person is exposing themselves. I have nothing against what a person does in their own home (if legal), but they have to use some brains and be responsible about it. I would do the same as that woman because it is something I wouldn't care to see and I definitely wouldn't want my children to see it. The man should be prosecuted. Maybe it will make him think twice next time about leaving his curtains or blinds open while stolling around naked.

I don't know who's telling the truth but he was in his house, get over it. I wonder what that woman would think if she was transported back in time when whole tribes of people bathed naked together in a river? Our society is sick, and I don't mean the people who don't want to wear cloths. It's the people that think the human body is indecent that are sick. They sure wouldn't like some of the things pegans used to do.

I live in the neighborhood and don't know who reported him. But it might be helpful for you to know that a paved path and public tennis court is on the carport side of his home. There is a wooden door leading out to the carport with a full length storm door, so obviously, he opened the wooden door to be seen. Also, the kitchen is in the front of the house with two floor to ceiling windows. If the curtains had been drawn, no problem. The house is on the route to an elementary school and is no more than 10 yards from the sidewalk. This occurred at 8:40 am when children are on their way to school and not when it was dark. This guy wanted to be seen.

Just watched the video. The guy is innocent - and if he woman was on his lawn - she's tresspassing. He's kinda cute - maybe the lady was stalking him?
