- Granted he should have had the blinds down, but he was in his own house and she's the one who looked at his window so what does that tell you about the lady? Regardless, she overreacted in this situation... I mean it's not like he walked outside naked or when she saw him he winked/did sexual poses in front of her, because that would be a different story lol.

- Was he sitting drinking coffee or going from open door to open window to expose himself? IMHO there is a large difference between the two and it is going to be hard to prove anything either way.

- Good grief, I am a 54 year old woman and I sometimes can be found naked making coffee in my kitchen. Occasionally the curtains aren't closed until I get to the window to close them. If someone saw me it might be embarrasing, but I would not expect a federal case to be made out of it. He may not have realized anyone could see him. Did she ever think of asking him to close the curtains if he really is that visible or is she just a wackjob trying to make a mountain out of a molehill?

- it's unsanitary to walk around naked in a house you share with roommates. the naked coffee man should be arrested for being gross. i'm sure his roommates would agree. if my roommate were walking around naked while i was at work, getting his business near kitchen counters and tables, sitting on chairs, i'd move the hell out. that's completely gross and acting that way violates nature's laws of hygiene.

- Let's see. She walks by the door, and claims she saw him. Then walks by the window an is apparently peering in and sees him.
Hmmm. Sounds like this lady was really looking pretty hard to see this guy. - Reply to this comment
- What was the Mom doing peeping in his windows? Maybe she should be charged.

- She said ... He said ... how can they press charges with no evidence one way or the other? This has to be the height of ridiculous if a person isn't safe in their own home from the morality police.

- Is there a law that windows must be covered? Is there a law that people can't go nude in their own homes? So what's the problem lady? She must learn to solve problems for herself - simply just don't peek.

- Another instance of the state invading the privacy of the individual. If mom and her kid weren't playing peeping tom, there would be no issue. No one made them peek into this guy's house. She is the one who should be arrested.

- This is ridicules.
I sleep and run around my house naked whenever I feel like it.
If you happen to look into my home and see me, either look the other way, or knock on the door if you happen to be a pretty lady. Otherwise get off be itch. - Reply to this comment
