Actually, Chicago killed any chance of Chicago getting the Olympics--even without the video. What a place!

This video is nothing compared to some of the youth videos you'd find down in Rio.

From what I've read about the costs of hosting the Olympics, Chicago (and the U S, in general) should be glad that Rio will have to do all of the work. I don't think the U S can afford to lose that much money.
